Mitsuhiro received a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in human environment from Kyoto University, and started his first career at Toyota Industries' Intellectual Property Department. After changing jobs to NGB Corporation, while dealing with intellectual property in the world, he became aware of the essence of intellectual property and studied financial approaches. In 2020 he founded IPDefine to create a global rating company for intellectual property.

Aaron Benjamin Mollin is a Tokyo-based IP and Entertainment lawyer, who is also engaged in myriad creative endeavors, including revolutionizing sustainable fashion through his vintage kimono clothing brand, Ichijiku. Aaron has studied and worked in Japan for over 10 years and speaks fluent Japanese.

Satoshi is a Chief Operating Officer and Partner. Prior to joining IPDefine, he started his career at Sumitomo Realty & Development, a real estate developer, and engaged in land acquisition for urban redevelopment. After that, he participated in a subsidiary establishment in Dalian, China, and he held management positions as CFO & CEO. He also worked at Dream Incubator, a consulting firm, and engaged in projects, such as growth strategy development and proposals and executions of new businesses for major corporations. After that, He worked at Aspirant Group, a private equity fund, and engaged in corporate reform as CEO and M&A on Business succession. He holds a B.A. in Arts and Sciences from the University of Tokyo.

JingJing specializes in cross-border activities and is richly experienced working with global stakeholders. He started his career in the Global Media division of Dentsu. He was later seconded to the The Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games as a Senior Manager in the Bureau of Marketing, where he helped to achieve the highest marketing revenue in Olympic marketing history. His immediate job prior to joining IPDefine was Senior Vice President of a startup which was sold to a major entertainment company in 2020. He received a BA in Business and Commerce from Keio University.

Kenzo is a management consultant and entrepreneur himself of several businesses. He started his career as a commercial banker at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ where he was in charge of analyzing structured finance transactions. Then he shifted his career to the world of M&A while he was working for a boutique investment bank and BIG4 consulting firm. His immediate job prior to joining IPDefine was a CFO at an IT startup where he let the fundraising project for over a billion yen. He received a BS in Business Administrations with an honor from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
